At the Sandwich Stampede, we take pride in creating a safe, well-run, and enjoyable experience for everyone—guests, competitors, staff, vendors, and partners alike. By entering the event grounds, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

General Event Safety

• Please follow all posted signage and directions from event staff, security personnel, and emergency services.
  
• If a safety concern arises, instructions from staff should be followed immediately.
  
• The Sandwich Stampede is an outdoor, live event environment. Conditions may include uneven ground, large crowds, loud noise, and changing weather.
  

Rodeo & Livestock Awareness

This is a working rodeo environment.

• Live animals are part of the event and can behave unpredictably.
  
• Guests must remain in designated spectator areas at all times.
  
• Do not approach or attempt to interact with animals unless directed by event staff.
  
• Please stay alert and aware of your surroundings, especially near arena areas.
  

What You Can’t Bring In

To keep things safe and running smoothly, the following items are not permitted:

• Weapons of any kind
  
• Outside alcohol or illegal substances
  
• Glass containers, cans, or hard coolers
  
• Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (all bags are subject to inspection)
  
• Outside food or drinks (exceptions made for medical or infant needs)
  
• Professional recording equipment (detachable lenses, drones, tripods, etc.)
  
• Fireworks, explosives, or laser pointers
  
• Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or similar devices
  
• Tents, large umbrellas, or shade structures
  
• Animals (excluding ADA-recognized service animals)
  
• Unauthorized promotional materials or product distribution
  

Additional restrictions may apply based on local and venue requirements.

Entry & Security

• All guests may be subject to screening upon entry.
  
• If you bring a prohibited item, you’ll need to return it to your vehicle or dispose of it—items cannot be held by staff.
  
• The Sandwich Stampede reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone who poses a safety or security concern.
  

Alcohol Guidelines

• Alcohol is available only in designated areas.
  
• A valid ID is required for purchase and consumption.
  
• Outside alcohol is not permitted.
  
• Guests who are visibly intoxicated or acting irresponsibly may be refused service or asked to leave.
  

Guest Behavior

We’re here to have a great time—respectfully.

• Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
  
• Harassment of staff, performers, competitors, or other guests is grounds for removal.
  
• Anyone asked to leave the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  

Health & Comfort

• Stay hydrated and dress for the weather—this is a summer, outdoor event.
  
• If you’re not feeling well, we ask that you stay home.
  
• Medical staff will be on-site if assistance is needed.
  

Parking & Arrival

• Please park only in designated areas and follow all parking staff instructions.
  
• Vehicles and personal property are left at your own risk.
  

Photos & Media

The Sandwich Stampede is a highly visual event.

• By attending, you may be photographed or filmed.
  
• Content captured at the event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
  

Tickets & Access

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise noted.
  
• The event reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest for safety or policy violations.
  
• Re-entry policies will be communicated prior to the event.
  

Vendors & Promotions

• Only approved vendors and sponsors may sell or promote products on-site.
  
• Unauthorized sales or promotions are not allowed.
  

Weather & Event Changes

• The Sandwich Stampede is a rain-or-shine event.
  
• In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, schedules may be adjusted.
  
• Any updates will be communicated on-site and through official channels.
  

Acknowledgment of Risk

By attending the Sandwich Stampede, you understand that live events—especially those involving animals, outdoor conditions, and large crowds—carry inherent risks.

By entering, you accept those risks and agree that the Sandwich Stampede, its organizers, partners, and venue are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages that may occur during the event.
